If you prefer you can order by post, we accept cheques postal orders bankers drafts. Please enclose contact number

GIFT SERVICE

We also offer a gift service, if you are purchasing an item as a present for someone let us know and we can gift wrap the items, we will enclose a card so the special someone will know who its from please leave details and the address you would like the items sent in the checkout  or you can email your special  requirements. Please note we can only send to one address.

PAYMENT

We have a secure online payments through paypal using either your paypal account if you have one, or by credit debit card through paypal.

Please add delivery address and contact number on the payments page.

DELIVERY

We aim to process orders within 7  TO 10 days.

Please allow upto 14 days for special requirements and made to order items and some moulds.

If you would like your order sooner please contact us either by phone or email and let us know your requirements.

Heavy and large items will be sent by carrier and a signature will be required

Smaller and light items will be sent by royal mail

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchases should there be a  problem it will be dealt with quickly and politely.

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM

Once the products you wish to return have been received by us, a refund for the agreed amount will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from return for this process to be completed. Please note postage costs are non- refundable
